Can we all swoon for a minute over Tyra Banks' shoe closet?

When it comes to shoes, just like Ms. Banks, I'm all for quality vs. quantity. The lack of a walk-in closet in my flat allows me to be on point with this principle, making my shoe (selection) well-curated and loved to its last breath. While I have multiple pairs from certain favourite brands, I'm happy to share that Bata is slowly working its way into my fashion palette.
Founded and popularized in Europe since the late 1800s, Bata is a trusted name worldwide that's worth checking out. I paid their SM Makati branch a visit on their first birthday here in the Philippines and can I just say -- I want them all! They have shoes for my 9-5 and smart casuals:

These satin x studded pairs are all oh so pretty! The white one below is also calling out my name!
This gray slip on is also begging me to take it home for those lazy fashion days when I have no time to think of my OOTD. Its memory foam foot bedding is very lakwachera approved!
They also have a lot of super pretty sandals, down right perfect for the upcoming garden weddings I'm attending in a couple of months.

It took me over an hour (nearly 2, actually!) to zero down on a pair and I failed! I ended up with two beautiful pairs of Bata shoes. :)
